Plank Size: 1/2˝ x 5˝ x 72˝ (RL) with 60% of square footage being full-length pieces. The planks are constructed of a hardwood sawn wear layer over a multi-layer cross banded environmentally friendly Rubber wood fillet core. (Rubber wood is a plantation grown wood that is “recovered” after a 25-year useful life of producing latex.) This core provides a stabilizing feature during seasonal climate changes.

 Finish: 6 total coats of  UV-Acrylic filled finish, including 2 top coats of hardened scratch resistant urethane and a anti-abrasive sealer coat. This finish meets all ISO 9001 and European Union E1 quality assurance standards while eliminating solvents and/or formaldehydes.

Installation: Your choice of glue down, floating or staple/nail over most surfaces and on any grade. With proper moisture controls, can be used in bathrooms and kitchens.

Warranty: Limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects and limited 30-year residential finish wear through warranty. 

Warning: Due to the varieties present in nature, sunlight and ozone will darken most naturally colored wood flooring.

CAUTION: Extremely dry environments will damage any wood, bamboo or cork; this species is especially sensitive to low humidity. Humidifiers MUST be used in buildings with humidity below 35%. This is a rustic product and you should expect checking (minor cracking) to develop over time. There are many knots common to this species and eventually there could be veneer separation and cracking above these knots which may separate and peel slightly. This is part of the character of this species AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
